Taking Fresh Events In Client Satisfaction
Always looking to improve every aspect of their operation,
corporate event and team building specialists Fresh Events
have recently been conducting research on the quality of their
services.
On completion of any event, be it a traditional conference
or a bonding session on the quad bikes, or even taking part
in a 'Chocolate Challenge™' which involves pounds of
chocolate and loads of laughs, it has long been a feature
of the Hertfordshire based firm to present clients with an
in-depth questionnaire canvassing their opinion but recent
findings have displayed an abundance of pleasing data.
Throughout many industries, client satisfaction questionnaires
have tended to be ignored or if completed at all, provide
an opportunity for the disgruntled to air their grievances
and in the most belligerent way possible. But what the Fresh Events findings have shown could not have been any more different.
Based on everyone who has completed a questionnaire during
the year of 2006, 100% of clients - many of them household
names - stated that a Fresh Events event met or exceeded their
expectations. As if that wasn't testament enough, a further
100% said that they would be happy to re-appoint Fresh Events
in the coming months and refer their details to a friend or
colleague. Indeed, 93% of Fresh Events clients stated that
support and management of the activity was excellent.
But although these findings may make for pleasant reading,
