'Go FAR' aims to inspire all who participate to find ways
of making their work fun whilst developing a positive attitude
to their job, colleagues and wider role within the organisation.
Inspired by the hugely successful video and book series examining
the team vision of the (world famous) Pike Place Fish Market
in Seattle, this programme can be adapted to suit different
locations, group sizes and requirements.
Fresh Events offer a selection of Go FAR programmes that
can vary from a diagnostic seminar based on the Go FAR philosophy,
to a full day of team tasks and facilitated discussions focusing
on the main themes of Go FAR:
- Fun
- Attitude
- Relationships
Sessions start with an ice-breaker to get the group working
together. Then a short video examining the 'Go FAR' approach
is followed by physical and mental team tasks, each addressing
one or more of the main 'Go FAR' themes. We conclude with
an inspiring team challenge such as group juggling to finish
the programme on a high note.
